Indoor to Outdoor Climbing Course
If you have been climbing indoors for a while and are itching to get out into the sunshine on some of the best rock in the country, our “In to Out” course is the one for you. We will build on your skills, looking at how to be an efficient ‘second’ on a rope. We will look at gear placement and removal, different types of ‘trad’ gear and how to use it effectively, how to set up top ropes on a single pitch, and how to descend off a crag at the end of your climb.
We will supply a helmet and harness but please do bring your own if you have it. We do not provide climbing shoes, therefore please bring your own.
Our instructors are all keen climbers in their own time as well as professionally and know the best locations in North Wales, so you get the best out of your time.
In seriously adverse weather, we will reschedule the course for an alternative date.
