Cancellation Policy

We appreciate things change, therefore please read below if you need to alter your booking. 

If the weather is poor:

Don’t worry if the forecast isn’t great for your booking, most activities can still take place, however, we reserve the right to change the activity or location to one that better suits the weather conditions. If your activity type or location needs to be changed you will be contacted the evening before to discuss an alternative adventure, including those at indoor venues if necessary. 

If the weather or an unseen event prevents all activities from taking place, we will re-book your adventure for a different date, or issue a gift voucher for the full amount. 

If you need to cancel or amend your booking:

We will fully refund cancellations of any booking made 30 days before the date of the booking. Please email [email protected] if you need to cancel. We do not accept cancellations made via social media channels, by phone, or by message. 

If your booking is in 15 days or more, and you can no longer make it, we can reschedule your booking for another date, or issue a gift voucher for 50% of the value of your booking, valid for 12 months. Gift vouchers can be transferred to family or friends if required, just let us know.  

If your booking is in 14 days or less, no refunds or gift vouchers will be issued. 

Customers are advised to take out their own personal accident and travel insurance when booking.

If we need to cancel or amend your booking: 

We do try not to cancel bookings, but we reserve the right to cancel a booking as it is usually due to circumstances outside of our control. We advise you to take out your own personal accident and travel insurance when booking.

If we do have to cancel, you will be offered the choice of a full refund, or another booking on a different date within 6 months. We can also issue a gift voucher valid for 12 months that you can use in the future or pass on to family or friends. Subject to availability, you can transfer to a different activity than the one you originally booked for. 

We reserve the right to cancel the booking if any of the participants:

• act in a violent, racist, or verbally abusive way toward our staff; 
• refuse or fail to complete the participation form;
• refuse or fail to provide suitable evidence of ability to partake in the activity; 
• refuse to supply medical evidence or suitability to partake in an activity; 
• consume alcohol or our instructors suspect consumption of alcohol/non-prescription drugs before the activity.
• have in their possession non-prescribed drugs whilst participating in the activity.

We reserve the right to change the activity or location before, or during the activity, due to rapidly changing weather patterns, environmental conditions, or a participant’s fitness/ability. Our instructor’s decision is always final in this regard.
